ABOUT OUR COVID-19 SERVICES

Your Doc’s In urgent care offers PCR and antigen testing for Covid-19. All PCR testing must be sent out to a lab. Antigen testing is a Covid-19 rapid test, but you must meet certain guidelines in order to get a rapid test.

For those patients that want to minimize your exposure to others at our clinics, please Book Online. At your appointed time, if there is a wait, you can do so in your car if preferred. This applies to walk ins too.

UPDATE

Your Doc’s In providers and staff are working diligently to process all COVID-19 tests performed at our clinics, which includes calling back all patients tested with their results. However, the high demand for services may cause delays. Please consider these options before calling the clinics for test results:

1. Patients who received NON-RAPID COVID19 testing at one of the Your Doc’s In clinics may access results at one of the two labs (this information was provided to you at the time of the test):

Quest: myquest.questdiagnostics.com

Labcorp: patient.labcorp.com/u/register

Both of these links allow patients to create an account or access an existing account to view their lab results. Most send out COVID19 tests require 3 to 5 business days to provide results to Your Doc’s In clinics – checking the lab website often may provide the results sooner.

2. If you require paperwork, such as return to work information, or would like your medical record which would also include lab results, you may email Your Doc’s In at customercare@yourdocsin.com.

When you email us, please provide your full name, date of birth and the date of your visit. We will respond with instructions on how to securely access your information on our online patient portal.
