I have
been practicing Emergency Medicine on the Eastern Shore for 18
years. I've taught Emergency Medicine for 6 years at St. Agnes
Hospital in South Philadelphia then worked in a small community
hospital, but have spent the majority of my career at a level 2
trauma center.

"Dr. Gerri" grew up in the north woods of
Minnesota. She travelled from there to Boston,
Minneapolis, and Los Angeles for her training. As
she completed her training, she researched places to
live and selected the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
The Eastern Shore has proven to be very comfortable,
with the relaxed atmosphere of a smaller town region and
good hearted people.

I have been practicing Emergency Medicine for over
20 years, mostly in larger teaching hospitals in the
Philadelphia region. I moved my practide to the
Eastern Shore 10 years ago. The region is a

Oklahoma to attend college, joined the Air Force and was
stationed in Texas, then returned to Tulsa to finish

After completing her
family medicine residency at a regional trauma center,
Dr. Montes started learning about alternative medicine.
(Stuff that is not taught in medical school.) She
spent five years working as the medical director of the
University of Maryland Center for Integrative Medicine.
She moved to the Eastern Shore in 2009 and is very happy
for the opportunity of the Your Doc's In patient care
team.

YDI makes Easton, MD the ninth city I have lived in.
